By making a payment through the Blue Fury Sports Complex website or any affiliated online platform, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your payment.

Blue Fury Sports Complex LLC (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our online payment system constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Payments made through our online system may include, but are not limited to:

Facility rentals (courts, fields, rooms)

Memberships and training programs

League registrations and tournaments

Event packages, camps, and related services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting an online payment, you certify that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian authorization.

You are the authorized holder of the payment method used or have permission to use it.

All information provided during payment is accurate and complete.

Payments are securely processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar), and Blue Fury Sports Complex does not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

The event, service, or rental is canceled by Blue Fury Sports Complex.

The Company determines whether a refund is warranted due to administrative or technical error.

If a participant wishes to cancel, refund eligibility will depend on the specific service or event policy. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bluefurysportscomplex.com within 48 hours of the original payment.

Processing fees charged by third-party payment systems are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Rescheduling and Credits

In cases of rescheduling due to weather, facility issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances, the Company may offer:

A credit for future use, or

A rescheduled service at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to attend a reserved session, event, or rental without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

By completing this transaction, you acknowledge and agree that Blue Fury Sports Complex LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage,

Injuries, accidents, or losses incurred while using the facility,

Errors or interruptions in online payment processing beyond the Company’s control.

Participation in any activity within the facility requires acceptance of our Waiver and Release of Liability, which must be signed prior to participation.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We value your privacy. All transactions are processed using secure encryption technology. Blue Fury Sports Complex LLC does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to complete the payment process or by law.

8. Dispute Resolution
