I will promote good sportsmanship among fellow players, coaches, officials, and parents at all times.
I will remember that sports are an opportunity to learn and have fun.
I deserve to play in an environment free from drugs, tobacco, and alcohol, and I expect everyone to refrain from their use during games and at the complex.
I will always do my best, recognizing that all players have strengths and weaknesses just like I do.
I will treat my coaches, other players, referees, staff, and fans with respect at all times, regardless of race, gender, beliefs, or abilities, and I expect to be treated the same.
I will stay focused on playing and always give my best effort.
I will follow the rules at all times.
I will control my temper and resist the urge to retaliate.
I will always exercise self-control.
My conduct during games will reflect appropriate behavior according to FIFA’s “Laws of the Game” and Blue Fury Sports Complex regulations.
While traveling, I will represent myself and my team in a respectful and positive manner.
I will not possess, use, or distribute alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or unauthorized prescription drugs at any time on or around the field or complex.
I will never use abusive or insulting language and will treat everyone with dignity.

I will never place the value of winning above the safety and well-being of the players.
I will always show respect for players, other coaches, and game officials.
I will lead by example, demonstrating fair play and sportsmanship at all times.
I will teach and uphold the rules of the game.

I will avoid any behavior that could damage the reputation of Blue Fury Sports Complex, its staff, or its programs.
I will accurately complete all coaching/volunteer forms and affirm the truthfulness of the information provided.

I will place the emotional and physical well-being of all players above any personal desire to win.
I will support the efforts of coaches and officials to ensure a positive experience for all players.
I will remember that the game is for the kids, not for the adults.

Failure to follow this Code of Ethics may result in disciplinary action:
